Flourish Creativity & Wellness Studio offers guided creative experiences designed to help individuals and groups slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore creativity in a welcoming, supportive environment. Flourish programs combine simple art practices with reflective prompts and evidence-informed wellness principles that support stress reduction, personal insight, and meaningful connection.
All Flourish workshops and programs are alcohol-free to allow all participants to fully engage with the creative process.
Private & Small Group Experiences
Flourish also offers private and semi-private creative wellness experiences for private groups, wellness centers, counseling centers, and others seeking meaningful ways to gather, reflect, and connect. These programs are well suited for enhancing personal creative practice for mental wellness, exploration of specific art mediums, celebrations, friend groups, wellness gatherings, libraries, or community centers. Flourish provides all materials, curriculum, and instructor at your location. Sessions are scheduled for 1.5-2 hours, and prices vary depending on topic and location.
